Preorder Policy

Thank you for preordering from Touchdown Lamp. Preorders allow you to reserve your preferred team before inventory is available for immediate shipment. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Payment

Preorder items are paid for at the time the order is placed. Your order reserves your selected team for the upcoming production batch.

Estimated Shipping

Because preorder items are still being produced, they will not ship immediately. Any estimated production or shipping date shown on our website is an estimate and may change due to manufacturing, carrier, customs, or other unexpected delays.

If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers updated.

Cancelling Before Shipment

Changed your mind? You may request to cancel your preorder before it ships.

Contact us by email or phone and include your name and order number. If the order has not yet shipped or entered a stage where cancellation is no longer possible, we will cancel the order and issue the applicable refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled under the preorder cancellation policy and will instead be subject to our standard return/refund policy.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Team & Order Changes

If you need to change your selected team, shipping address, or other order information, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the requested change, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has begun.

Multiple Items

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock products, items may ship together or separately depending on availability and fulfillment timing.

Production Delays

Preorder products are manufactured in scheduled batches. Production timelines can occasionally change. A delay does not mean your order has been lost or cancelled.

If we are unable to fulfill your preorder, you will be contacted and offered a refund for the affected item.
